Checked the mileage on the VW this morning and it was a little over 31, I'm satisfied with that considering it has a turbo. I knew it wouldn't be around 40 like the Civic, especially on winter blend.

 

Hope it's not the Flux Capacitor!

 

With luck just the capacitor is bad.

A while ago the igniter wire(s) on our gas oven burnt and the oven wouldn't lite. I found just enough wire to tie them back together.

It lasted until Saturday. I started trying to fix it before Cole and I went hunting and had to take the burner orifice off to get a piece of sheet metal out to get to the wires.

The brass tip connected to the aluminum tube broke off.

Ordered one from the deer blind, got to reading about it and have to take the oven out and set it in the floor so I can get the back cover off.\

Turbo's always get poor MPG in the winter. My Tacoma went from 26 in the summer to 21ish currently.

This little pocket rocket would get 36-37mpg in the summer



It had a newer reiteration of the 2.0L turbo and 6 speed manual. Loved that little car, but life priorities changed

I learned something new today. I did not know that the outside fan in my hvac system will stop to defrost in the winter, and the ac will come on for a little bit. So I was worried about nothing. Turned the heat on and it works. Always good to have a Hvac friend as a pool customer.

For some reason ours never cuts off when it's really cold. Had a HVAC guy come check it the other day, freon #'s were good, etc. He said his does the same thing.

Picked up my Xray from Thursday. This shows the fracture much better than the CT images.

I see the orthopedic surgeon tomorrow morning. My bet is surgery will be required.
