02 Tacoma regular cab 4WD

I crashed my tacoma into a tree and the antenna mast snapped off.

Toyota wants me to pay 50+ for a new power antenna but I don't think my tacoma had that (antenna was always up, not based on if the car was on or not)

Which is the best replacement antenna to get at a good price and how would I install it?
