2008 Toyota Tacoma 4x4 won't engage

    2008 Toyota Tacoma 3.0 V6 4x4
    Going straight to the point I'm in Mexico at the moment visiting family and I'm currently working on my cousin's Tacoma his 4 wheel drive won't engage so far I have checked all the fuses and the good cleaned all the electrical connection on both the front dif and transfer case cleaned and replaced the vacuum lines that go to the 4 wheel drive and so far and still nothing
