I'm interested in a 2018 that's for sale. I comes with an after market bumper and winch.
Question is how much added weight would the front have and what long term effects will it have on the front suspension including LBJ ?
What should I look for if I go to see it?
Looks great but I have my doubts
    THanks

I believe those bumpers are over 150lbs with all the brackets
Add a winch, 75 lbs or so

Yes, more weight on the front end, but the ball joints don’t fail catastrophically like your first gen on later generations of Tacomas. They redesigned that from 2005+

What about the front struts? Will stock do or should they be replaced with stronger/better?

That truck is lifted, so it already has some aftermarket setup in the front and rear. People do typically upgrade the front suspension when adding that much weight.

Having driven my truck with an arb for 3 weeks prior to having the suspension done, I agree with tacogranny. That thing almost certainly has aftermarket suspension

That is the best front bumper you can get and it's not cheap; https://store.arbusa.com/summit-bumper-kit-3423160k2/
The sliders looked like Mobtown which are one of the best as well.

I had the 1st gen version of that bumper and a winch on my 2003 before it was totaled (RIP). Yes, it's heavy but very sturdy. Like mentioned above, it must have upgraded suspension to account for the added weight. If you have front-end fender bender, you'll most likely win with that on. Good deer insurance too if you live in an area where that's a problem.
