ATTENTION MIAMI/SOUTH FLORIDA! Yota Performance Tuning will be doing an Overland Tailor Tuning OTT event tomorrow Saturday 12/28 followed by Naples/Fort Myers 1/4!!! Reminder we are the only two who offer OTT in Florida. Only those listed on the map below are authorized OTT tuners.

If you see some random guy offering a generic tune with no absolutely no R&D or performance data run away! All tunes are NOT the same. Be sure to do plenty of research from multiple sources. Keep an eye out for certain groups who try to push products for monetary gain. Lastly watch out for fake reviews or reviews by "buddies". It's your money and your truck, do it right the first time and go with the tried and true OTT.

Just another example of how all tunes are NOT the same. If you see some random guy offering a generic tune, be sure to ask plenty of technical questions. Ask them for supporting data for all their claims. Ask for performance and R&D data. You will see them squirm, dance, make excuses and flat out not have answers. Why? Because they don't even know what they are loading into your truck. They are simply tweaking a generic tune file and shooting in the dark. Don't trust what they are saying? Be sure to post in multiple places for a second opinion. There is lots of fools gold out there everyone! Do plenty of homework! Be weary of fake reviews by friends or certain groups/forums trying to push certain products for monetary gains. Follow up on my post from the 21st. Dealer claimed bad ECM with a $3800+ bill. We called BS, took the ECU, bench tested, updated, Overland Tailor Tuning OTT tuned. We met with the customer, installed the ECU and he was on his way. Free of charge besides the cost of the OTT which the customer wanted anyways. We are always happy to help any way we can (no purchase necessary). You have seen me say it before and I'll continue to say it again and again, when in doubt get a second opinion from numerous places. Never trust just one source. Now a days some groups or forums have hidden agendas trying to push certain products and information for monetary gains. I'm always happy to give my input. Unfiltered, blunt and straight to the point - BS free. Teamwork makes the dream work

Yesterday we swapped Tyler Selbe 's Frostbyte Tacoma on 44s over to Overland Tailor Tuning OTT at Toyota Jam 2025. A month ago he reached out, explained the problems with his current tune (a generic California based tuner company ) and we got to work creating a tune for his setup. He got to experience first hand the OTT difference first hand. Thanks for trusting us with your truck and glad your issues are now fixed.

We swapped/updated/fixed 5 trucks yesterday that had problematic generic tunes and added a bunch of enthusiasts to the OTT family. Remember if you see some guy offering a no name generic tune, run away. Ask for the R&D & performance data. Ask technical questions. You'll see them squirm, dance and make excuses.

Did you purchase a tune from a company that has gone out of business? Has your local tuner jumped ship from one company to another and another, each time claiming their new tune is the best thing out there? How about poor communication or constant excuses?
