Welcome! I'm up near south bend, so you likely won't see me in your neck of the woods! But I do see many 4th Gen around, my buddy just picked up a white manual.

That's a bummer on those tires, I have 2 sets on steelies, some Firestone destination le2s and some vredestein Pinza ATs for the winter. The Pinza are good so far, but I probably only have 10k miles on them,if that.

Welcome aboard. Wondering generally speaking what part of town you’re in, and did you buy that truck at a Indy dealer? And how did that go? I was looking at a manual six speed up at Tom Wood in Whitestown. The fact that mine runs like a clock And wouldn’t cost me 50 grand let me pass on it for now.

I’m on the northside of Indy! I went to bill Estes Toyota off 96th I believe. The process was fine no complaints but it’s just like any other dealer. Always feel like I’m getting shafted. I paid 49k and haven’t had any problems yet. Expensive truck for sure but seems on par for most new trucks these days. I probably would’ve held off if my Silverado could make it. It’s my first new vehicle and I love it. Got a handful of things I want to do to the truck but need to save some money for all that lol

I was thinking there was some glitch that caused it but now that you mention VTT it makes complete sense lol

I’m looking to do a couple things to my 4th gen and could use some guidance on order of operations lol. What should I do first?

    Things I want to do:
    - tonneau cover
    - replace OEM grill with TH grille or pro grille
    - wheels + tires
    - greenlane sliders

Just north of I64. Snow then ice then more snow. Many places are out of power and the Gov. declared a state of emergency plus looks like they activated the National Guard to help. It is like icebergs when you step on the snow.

I don't know that I've seen this much of a dump in my 9 years here. Amazed that on Tuesday morning so many major streets are still shitty.

I was pretty surprised that the interstates are about the only thing really clear! All the major roads I take(86th St, Michigan Road, etc) are only plowed in one or two lanes when there's normally 2-3 available.

Does 75 plows seem right for a city of Indianapolis' size?

Add it to the list of things about Indy that don’t quite add up.

@Unresolved Taco Issues we run in the same hood.

Feel like the plows are always too early or too late. They can never get it right.

Not sure if this is allowed, but if it’s not please remove it.

I have an OEM roof rack that came with my 4th gen OR I don’t need. I would love to sell it locally if anybody is interested. Part number: PT767-35100. I have all the mounting hardware as well!

Looks like I'll be in Indianapolis for a few days this week, staying down town. I should have move evenings free, hope to eat and drink well.

    ... and not freeze.
