Hectic morning…

Got this from my bud who lives a couple miles south of LAX:

He and his family are ok for now and looks like they might be spared. The devastation is incomprehensible…

Up here, we’ve gotten about 4-5 inches of snow from unreported forecasts… At least none that I’ve seen. Not too much to fire up the blower, just enough to make shoveling a PITA…

Congrats on a successful operation @phillstill . Beware of them painkillers.. Use sparingly or just OTC if you can.

Oh for sure. I’m only use the hard stuff when I have surgery’s.

 

I have found, that a good bottle of Scotch works well....

 

If I did drink I probably would enjoy that.

I have TSA PreCheck with my TWIC card, so it’s never really an issue at the airport. Sometimes they pull out the wand on me.

 

I have a 9 hole plate and 13 screws in my left arm
only airport that that has ever had a question about it was in Vegas

 

Igniter wire burnt again, had to take it out after I broke the orifice tube. $138 for the tube. It’s cooking now.

 

i was all excited that we got about 3" of snow today. couldn't wait to get home and get some use out of my fancy snow blower that's sat dormant for the last 2 years...

so i race home, only to find my neighbor did all my snow... it's nice of him, but it means he gets to use his tools, and i don't get to use my tools, which leaves me frustrated...

it was still snowing early tonight, i'm hoping i can beat him out tomorrow morning and take the snow blower for a walk around the block.

 

Well fellers, it was the start of a trend -- a pretty unpleasant one at that.

I spent many quality hours sittin' whilst simultaneously clutching a dishpan if that paints an accurate picture for y'all. The adventure continued into today, feel completely flushed out.
