    Hey taco crew,
I just recieved my new bilstein 6112s today, getting ready to install and noticed that the weld from the pillar to the lower bushing is sub-par on both sides. WTF, maybe why they have a lifetime warranty, but really though!?! See pics. I'm replacing two Fox 2.0s the both fractured at the lower bushing weld point, so this does not give me any confidence. I would think with a company that has so much excellent reputation that they would at least complete the lower bushing welds on there mid range shocks, or am I missing something?20250110_151654.jpg 20250110_151644.jpg 20250110_151654.jpg

where is you buy them from?
Just because a weld “looks bad” doesn’t mean it is an inferior weld.
I’m more pissed about the sticker alignment.

@memario1214 does your inventory look the same?

Yeah, spacer lifts break front coilover lower mounts at the bushing, just like yours did. https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/broken-coilovers.849145/
    Don’t blame the welds.
