    We’ve had 3 abnormally warm winters in a row, and now we’re getting some good winter weather. All my neighbors are bitching about having to shovel snow and complaining about the heat bills. While standing there I noted that that there are some great deals on houses in Florida, I’ll help you pack, there’s probably an app on your $1000 phone, help you find a “ fixer upper “ down there. :D

    I was going to insulate and cover the walls, but after this weeks commute I ordered a set of tires since the factory tires are garbage. So that "play" money is gone. The garage project is more of a want, so that can be put off another year or so.
