ECOTRIX CHROME R.BUMPER

Shipping box had many holes , part of it missing. NONE of supplied bolts fit Bumper bracket to vehicle frame as are wrong thread pitch and length. Small alignment bolt in wrong location. License plates electrical connection not same as original equipment. I had to re-engineer the bolts, the alignment bolts and re -use original electrical light connections. On a scale of 1-10,part is shiny, price was OK.
Poor quality control in manufacturing. Bumper rusting and pitting. Installed 0ctober 2024. See photos. Bumper cleaned front and back prior to install. Inside was throughly spray rustproofed. Temp was in Mid. 70's. Part was polished and waxed before and AFTER install. NOW Jan.1 2025 rust and pitting showing either side of plate and sides.CHEAP CHINA MADE WITH POOR PLATING. Now asking company Ecotrix to back their product. (Ecotrix responded) after many emails and photos)We agree with $85. Confimed partial refund complete.
