I get it, you need a truck & we all want this over with so we can focus on some other drama,,,,

 

Problem is like I said before ... can't find the truck ... only found 2 in all of US and working on both. Broker hasn't found any either. The deals are all on the Double Cabs or the Xtracab SR's.

 

And with that little off I will just wait for a 2025 and pay a few bucks more

 

If they're only knocking $500 off, and adding back $800 for nonsense; you probably won't have to pay a few bucks more for a 25.

 

Its all about how he plays the game, but I get what he's saying...

Big discounts are had from vehicles on the lot....
I went through this, allocated vehicles were just roughly $3k off while on lot was $5k+
Until I found the right dealer.....

That being said, we know you like the xtra-cab...
But, is it still cheaper than another 4 door at the end of the day?

 

"We're not flexible" is why it's still on the lot. 2024 was last year. We're in '25 now.

If I'm reading BronzeTaco's posts right, they want $300 over sticker (with the BS "tire protection").

I would have laughed and told 'em good luck.

What are the cables option? sorry, i'm not familiar. Oh, is that the usb cables package? I remember that, I got one of those, I bought my truck right off the lot so there was no building or selecting favorite options for me...

It's $800 bucks man, f it and get it done. I am going through the same shit for the TRD Prerunner. Even more rare.

 

It's not "just $800". It's sticker on a previous year-model truck. It's a buyer's market now.

I found 7ea SR5 Xtracab in 4WD (doesn't mean they're in stock though...) on Autotrader.

 

I dunno, the cold weather package is pretty darn nice if you ask me. Thought the heated steering wheel was gimmicky, but damn it's nice!

 

Somebody still had a white one somebody had two in underground then it went to down to one.

 

I usually follow the link to the dealer’s website to check. I checked at least 4 of them last night. One in Ohio, one in Vermont, two in New York.

 

That being said, you can get a 4 door, 4 wheel drive, sr5, 2024 or even a 2025, substantially cheaper than your extra cab....
My local dealer el cajon toyota isn't know for really listing discounts on their website....
But even them are listing $2000 off 2025.........

No idea why youre having such a hard time with this...
You were hoping for an extra cab as you thought you could save a few bucks & get a cheaper truck, no or am I mistaken?
Ive helped a few people out via phone so hard to keep all the stories straight.....

So without a doubt you can get a 2024 4 door, 4x4, sr5, upgrade package, cheaper than your needle in a haystack were not budging on price bs....

He wants an Xtracab. He wants 4WD. He wants the SR5 upgrade package, and not much else added on. He doesn’t want to pay sticker for it - which is reasonable considering the current market.

 

He's pretty much paying sticker....
He can have everything he wants but it will have 4 doors for $5k below msrp "sticker"
But yes it won't be what he wants, it will be a 4 door like he had, for substantially cheaper & readily available compared to what he's looking for...
