Nice! That's good to know. My truck is also a MT 6spd. Are you running the stock clutch or something aftermarket? Mine was replaced with OEM clutch right before I bought the truck about 30k miles ago. I'm hoping this will hold up for a while at least by just adding the OTT tune in addition to what comes with the Procharger kit.

Yes I’m running the stock clutch and I’m at 77k miles. Just installed the SC 8/22/24 w/75k miles.
I am running the Super Spicy tune right now. Had the Spicy after break-in. I went super spicy just to try it and l like it, other than the truck bucking like I let off the throttle. That buck is because your pedal now becomes highly sensitive and when you are super light on the pedal cruising at speed your truck will will do that. When I had the Spicy tune with SC it never did that so I may switch back to it later.

Yeah they have a whole bunch of different tunes you can try until you settle on the one you want (lite to super spicy). Check out their site. A lot of info there.

Next step is finding time to install everything. How many of you were able to get the crank pulley off with an impact gun? I’m debating if I should get a crank pulley holder tool.
Also, how many swapped the belt out for the HD version?

I've used this method (6MT also) and other than loud noises it's worked well for me twice. A strong impact has worked for a few guys out there but the one I have didn't quite have the balls.

    https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/crank-pulley-bolt-removal-easy-way.97482/

Didn't use a jack like he did, I just braced a breaker bar in the proper direction against the frame and let her buck. The starter will sound ugly and the breaker bar will drop but it gets the job done easy-peasy.

My Impact didn’t fit. So I used a breaker bar and my floorjack handle. I put my truck in 6 gear and cracked the bolt loose. The bolt was on there good but it worked. Also torqued it to 205ft lbs with it in 6 gear. No need to bump the starter

Awesome. Thanks everyone. It sounds like I have a few different options to get that bolt off.

Manual transmission trucks definitely make it easier.

I finally got some time to install the procharger kit. I’m stuck on the dumbest thing, moving the dipstick. I cannot for the life of me get the bolt to line up with that spacer in there. It seems like I need the bracket to move down and to the rear of the vehicle slightly. Any tips?

Make sure you got the right bolt? Says M6 x 55mm. I don't recall anything special about installing it though sorry..

It’s the right bolt. Threads in when not going through the bracket. But not when it’s in the bracket. Idk

I ended up using my dremel to bore out the hole on the bracket a little bigger. Almost there. Just need a few little things: t bolts clamps for the rest of the piping, a mounting bracket for the air injection pump, supercharger oil, and the OTT tune.

Did you weld a tube to the inlet of intercooler? Or did it come like that? I wish mines came like how yours is would have been easier to connect the rubber hoses instead of trying to fit two 45 deg
