Chevy Express wheel locked up after theft attempt

I'm just curious if anyone knows a way to get the steering wheel unlocked with the ignition completely damaged. Some sacks of shit tried to steal one of our work trucks, and they destroyed the entire ignition, and now the wheel won't turn at all. We tried calling a tow truck but he said he was unable to tow it because he needed to turn the steering wheel a little bit. The key still goes in, But both the cylinder and the wheel will not turn.

I know most of these newer cars have interlock switches and all that, but I'm wondering if there is some actual mechanical button we can push in to at least make thse steering wheel turn.
