Vibration only during acceleration. When I hit 30 mph, the truck vibrates, then goes away as I increase speed or if i let off the gas.

Thought it was a tire issue, just put new Cooper AT3s on it today. Still have the issue.

    2010 Sr5 tacoma 4x4, 90000 miles on it.

    Stock suspension, no lift kit.

BUCKLE UP! It makes it harder for Aliens to pull you out of your Truck.
Driveshaft ujoints and/or center bearing, maybe.

I have steel wheels and they are notorious for being hard to balance. Every time I rotate my tires/wheels I may, but not always have a minor shake in the steering wheel, but it happens at a higher mph, about 68 to 71 mph. I torque the lug nuts in steps evenly until I reach 85 lbs-ft. After a drive and the steering wheel still shakes, I repeat the process after rotating 1/6th of a turn on the lug nuts. It usually only takes a couple of rotations and sometimes I hit it the first time.

Yeah I'm thinking Ujoints as well. No way it's a tire issue after new tires with balancing and still exact same issue.

does it feel like rumble strips or just a slight vibration? If rumble strips, as its doing it, tap the brakes and see if it goes away.

It feels like rumble strips and if i continue to accelerate or if I tap the brakes, it goes away.

Sounds like a Torque Converter shudder. Have you ever serviced the transmission? If not, do a few drain and refills and see if it goes away

Yeah had the 90000 service done on it at toyota which included a trans flush. Funny you mention that, cause I think the issue started after that.
