Ok guys been through the forum forgive me if I am repeating. So picked up a 2021 Tacoma this weekend. Truck has a 2” leveling kit on the front. Driving it on the highway between 70-80 it appears to have a loud hum coming from the truck. Can’t tell if it’s driveshaft?? Now it needs tires so I am sure that’s part of it. Watched all the info about the needle bearing so I am surethat part needs to be done. It has no diff drop ordrive shaft spacer? For the 2 inch front only doesIt need it? It doesn’t look level to me, if I put a 1inch block in the back will it make it worse? If Itook the leveling kit off would it go away. Anyand all recommendations are appreciated.

Put new tires on and get a trustworthy alignment and go again.
Worn tires do make a ton of noise.
Do one thing at a time.

Welcome to the forum. If it was my truck I’d remove the lift, get new tires and alignment then drive it like I stole it.

Do you know if it’s been regeared? Could also be wheel bearings but more noticeable if turning.

Might be a silly suggestion here, but does it have the air dam removed? I hear lots of people saying weird/odd hum noise and sounds with the air dam removed and speed 40mph plus.

As mentioned. Does it go away in 4wd? If so it's needle bearing. 1" block will be fine in rear. Shouldn't need degree shim. Might want to do carrier bearing drop. Front diff drop is very touch subject. Most say useless and others say useful.

My guess, its the tires, since you mentioned they are done. Also, if it was a spacer lift, your shocks are sucking too. Now would be a great time to get 2" Bilstein 5100 lift up front, and yes a 1" block will level your truck perfectly.

    Your ride will improve 1000%
