4G Dream Config

Lots of folks (myself included) post something along the lines of "I wish they made..."

So, given the available list of factory variables... how would you configure a 4G if you could?

My dream config:

Xtra Cab
Non-hybrid
Manual Transmission
4WD
Rear Locker
Pro suspension
Pro wheels
IsoDynamic Seats
Pro (ARB) Bumpers
Heated Seats
Trailer Brake Controller
Too many good colors to pick. Bronze Oxide, Terra or Supersonic Red.

 

So you want an extra cab Pro.

 

Basically, but without the hybrid or big screen.

 

Those seats would actually make sense in an Xtr-Cab since no one would sit behind.

 

I think so too.

Am I the only one who would arrange the pieces from the Toyota parts bin differently than how Toyota does? I figured there would be lots of different choices.

 

I like the sound of what you came up with for a build too.

 

I pretty much love all about my Sport with Premium package. Really the only thing I would have like to be separate so I could have not selected it and not paid for it was the JBL sound and the stupid removable speaker that I will never remove. Aside from that I would have built it exactly as is.

 

Trd pro with upgrade package instead of premium, obviously no isodynamic seats, no hybrid.

for under $45K out the door.. That’s my idea truck. Any color except white or red.

 

I was just playing with the configurator, and now it seems you can add the 14" screen as an individual option - although it doesn't really matter since you can't actually build to order.

The rear slider could be listed like the moon roof as an individual option, although the moon roof having the caveat that "additional change(s) required" (meaning adding the $4800 upgrade package) is ridiculous.

The brake controller requiring the $9k premium package really gets under my skin.

 

That can almost be had, except the OTD part....
msrp on that truck 47500-49000 depending on how its rigged, will have power seats, heated seats, 14".........
Easily get $5500 off msrp if you play the game right..
