When I replaced my grille insert I had to transfer this strip to the new one. It's attached to the insert. Maybe check the diagram and list for this strip/piece on the grille diagram(s) and parts lists. Maybe it's there?

Lots of anger, spelling and grammar errors, and a callous disregard for punctuation. You'll fit in well here lol.

Go to a decent hardware store with a selection of fasteners in drawers, if you have one decent one you can match it up quite closely. While I have hundreds of them in a kit for automotive use, I had to go that route. Plus side [for a Honda] is they were about 20% of the cost if I went to the Honda dealer. Harbor freight does sell a pretty nice boxed set of fasteners but for those strips, I don't think any will work. Toyota Dealer probably wants $2 each for them.

If you look up the part number for the grille, it's included as part of the grille assembly.
    Ahh.....That sucks.

    OEM grille is about $300.00

Or a shitty aftermarket grille is $60.00
Maybe buy the shitty grille and rob the seal off it?
And hope the seal last a couple years?

FWIW: The replacement grille (insert) did not come with the rubber weather seal. I had to transfer the rubber strip and the tiny clips over to the replacement grill insert. Hard to explain but the strip has small holes in it and you stretch the rubber a bit to get them to attached.
