This topper is practically brand new—owned for only 2-3 months—but unfortunately, it was slashed during a vandalism incident.

1. Repair the cut (measurements are provided in the photos).
2. Replace the vinyl entirely for $600 (confirmed quote from Softopper—you’ll need to call them directly for replacement).

I included the screenshot of the quote. Frame and hardware are in excellent condition, and this could be a great deal for someone looking to save on a Softopper especially if you can find a used cover near you as well.
