One of my bulbs is glowing slightly, while the other is as bright as the sun. They’re LED bulbs and I only got them a year ago so they should have life left in it. Any idea why this could be and how to fix it?

Most likely answer- they have very little heatsinking and one set of chips has been seeing higher voltage, the buck driver circuot is inefficient and is therefore generating more heat, and it's frying faster than the other.

Did you plug them into the same socket? It looks like you need to clean your battery post!!!

Emitter is burned out. No sufficient heatsink, unregulated drive logic, fundamental issue. Also LED bulbs are never compatible with optics designed for filament, best to go back quality halogen bulb.

Time to go back to a halogen bulb that your housing is actually designed for. LEDs do not put out proper/efficient light throw in our housings.
