Tundra Conversion - Adventure4x4's Build

Since the tundra conversion has been working as expected and as I put more off road miles on it, I'm going to be working on eliminating the camburg lower arm and design my own. I plan on sticking with the tundra knuckle and adapt the lower and upper accordingly. The camburg kit uses a 1.5" uniball for the tundra and would like to stick with that but man, packaging seems like it's going to be tough if I leave the cup horizontally oriented. Will be considering a horizontal uniball orientation as the upper.

Once I do needed maintenance items haha. Shocks aren't terrible but I'll probably do them anyways. At that point I'll lift it a little.

 

I really wanted to try to adapt some trd pro shocks. I think the rear would be minimal work with some valving changes but front would be a little more work. Valving, length difference, and top hat

 

Old set of wheels is gone. I picked up some rock warrior wheels. Going to be removing the powdercoat from the ring. *not for the sequoia but they sure would look good on it.

 

Making some progress. The rings still need some work but new tires are mounted.
