They never rotate tires in my case, over tightened drain oil pan bolt and filter housing.

Oh and did I say about fat sales guy trying to charge me 2K extra for the truck? We talked about price, and he later added 2K. When I told him his voice started shaking and started spewing bunch of bs " I thought this mod was installed, I mixed up trucks sorry "

I also found that to be true. I swear there is some car salesperson school where they are taught to talk about incessant nonsense in order to steer the conversation to anything other than the point the customer is attempting to make.

    Maybe Captain Obvious now, but
The less they spend on repairs,,, the more they make in profit. Unfortunately the automotive industry as a whole, is notorious for lacking a moral compass. I believe many would sell their own children, before lowering their own life standards.

Does your truck have the BSM? If so, it is immediately right in front of the only part they have replaced. Does it work? Did they align it?

I'm guessing they just replaced the cap and hoped you'd not notice and go away? Can you still see damage?

That’s my guess as well. I can see the damage from under the bumper. Parts have been ordered, or so I’m told.

In the face of that We Owe document it's open and shut if you choose to small claims it. I would just get an estimate to do the whole bumper and anything behind that from an independent shop that you can trust to back it up, then just file it and go that way. Here in MA it would cost $50 or so filing fee, no lawyer needed, and that filing fee is tacked onto the judgment when you win so it's low risk/high reward since you have the paperwork.

Read through the entire thread (no, I did not know that my truck has remote start!). Sounds like A) you're being level-headed, B) Todd's a bit of prick, C) one hand does not know what the other is doing at that dealership, and D) we still have no idea what's up with your truck (really, the fuse tap?). Curious to hear how it ends. And FWIW, I much prefer my dealer issues to yours...at least mine is just a bumper!
