I would say I think I made a good choice on my camper as well. Haven't needed to change anything. The biggest challenge was finding just the right sized organizer for the closets.
Well, I guess I did make a smaller table for mine so there's more open floor space to move around - comes in handy when getting dressed. But that was just an add-in and not a permanent mod. I still have the original table if I want to swap out. I just bought a single leg base off of Amazon and one of those precut round wood tables tops from home depot, screwed it together and threw it on the original table leg.
Not my camper but same model. The table was kinda in the way getting in/out of the bathroom (rear drivers side corner) or in the main door. Lot more space with just a 20" round table and not hte big rectangular one

Mine will also include add ons. Permanent mods will consist of cabinet re-design and the relocation of the fresh water tank (under floor between the welded frame)and the addition of an induction stove top to existing countertop. I plan on getting rid of the pressboard cabinetry and replacing it with a lightweight ultra strong wood frame skinned in plywood veneer. Should shave a few pounds in tongue weight and better balance the load.

A little of this and a little of that.
    :hattip:Good morning

Raining here today. Cooler weather to follow, with possible snow in the forecast. Fickle, fickle witch.

Good thoughts and positive vibes to @dewayne, @vssman, @CVYota, and all who are dealing with the curveballs that life throws at you. My parents are in their 80’s and Mom has dementia. It’s hard for Dad to deal with and tough seeing them both decline.

Saw lots of stuff we liked, everything we’ve been looking for was there. Some really good show deals, we’re just not ready to go yet. She thinks me being able to “legally “ drive is a glitch.:D Saw an over priced Airstream Base camp with poor quality construction . I really like the Sprinter vans , but they require a rich dead uncle

Good morning everyone, I hope that the coffee is hot and strong!

I'm debating going to the Cabin Fever Expo, I missed last years show because of an incorrect date posted on a unofficial website last year. They've bumped up the admission price to $20 and there's a storm coming in, the entire route is right on the rain/ice boundary.

I was troubleshooting the T4R yesterday, I found a bad ADD indicator switch on the front diffy but now the system is locked in 4WD, not the AWD mode that it was stuck in so now the rig is immobile for road driving. Just in time for 8" of snow tomorrow.

That was kind of disturbing, the absolute lack of quality control in regards to that weather stripping. If they can't get that right, it makes you wonder what else they've missed.
I still can't believe that all of those shows have been canceled. Frieburger has started a decent YT channel, he went into depth about the corporate changes that brought about the cancelations.

Good morning. Winter storm watch for Sunday night, here. I moved the snowblower into the garage, yesterday. Have to go out there, today, and start it up.

I like the sprinters as well! They fit in the pull offs for stream access and you can turn them around in tight spots. People probably passed by and spotted a stickered up transport van beside the river in a bunch of places and scratched their heads. IMG_7681.jpg IMG_0644.jpg
It wasn’t a sprinter but the same size and it was 2wd a AWD sprinter would have been the ultimate fishing vehicle.

Those sprinters are cool but…we saw one last year for $220,000. I priced a brand new Sprinter shell extra tall extra long from Mercedes with all options including 4x4 and it was about $88,000. So the build it yourself budget is significant. Plus it would be a fun project. Not that I’m doing that anytime soon. Or ever.
