I have just installed a new system in my 2022 Tacoma and the amp is not receiving power. It has the stock stereo. Any tips ?

If your battery was not disconnected while installing, check the fuse on your wiring kit that's near the battery under the hood. Especially if you noticed a spark while hooking everything up. I made that mistake recently but a cheap fuse fixed it. I suppose it can't hurt to check that fuse regardless of your circumstances. There's a lot of things that can go wrong with all the connections involved, what all did you install and are you 100% sure you got the connections themselves right?

I have installed a full wiring kit, harness and line level. There are no fuses blown and have rechecked the wiring and everything looks to be done correct!

In car audio systems, a blue wire is typically used as the "remote turn-on" wire, meaning it's the signal that tells your amplifier to power on when connected to the corresponding wire on your head unit, essentially acting as the switch to turn your amp on and off with the stereo.
