Stereo & Dash Cam Recommendations?

2011 Taco SR5 TRD PreRunner.. Looking for suggestions on an iOS head unit with larger screen AND a compatible front & rear dash-cam setup. Is there such a thing?

I have been using dashcams for many years now. I have had good luck with VIOFO products...I have an A119v3 in our Camry and just installed the A119 Mini2 in our new-to-us 2008 Tacoma. We had an original A119 in the Camry prior to the v3 but it was getting old so I replaced it. Dashcams live a hard life, sitting in the hot sun all day, and should be replaced after a few years.
