Good morning Neighbor to the North. :pccoffee:

    Motorcycle...?

Maybe he has heated gear and spiked tires?

Heated gear yes, spiked tires no.

Definitely feeling symptoms of PMS. Parked Motorcycle Syndrome.

I snuck out for short rides Friday and Saturday in advance of the cold weather and snow. Now I'm going to be parked until the roads are cleared and that might take a little while.

My furnace has been running constantly and I am thoroughly dried out and my throat is constantly parched. When my elderly mother moved in last year I upped the heat from 68 degrees to 70 and, frankly, it's killing me. It's just too hot, dry and stuffy.

That's the issue I had last night trying to keep the humidity up is a challenge. Felt like I was breathing in glass last night

I have a thermostat that gives the temp and humidity inside and out. The inside humidity is 27%. I feel like I am a mile high on the dry side of the Rockies.

Currently sitting at 10° but has a real feel of -2. But no wind so it's not terrible.

Had to start up the truck to move it to the yard. It did not like it at all and 4WD was pretty finicky to get locked in, but finally did it. Got to go out later for a doctors appointment and I'm not looking forward to it at all o_O

Unofficial snowfall total 7.43" just down the road at Huff's Church. My wife had to go out yesterday, came back with a car slathered in slush, parked it in the garage, yikes! What a flood. I moved the car outside overnight, swept out the garage. Put it back inside this morning and will keep an eye on things as it finishes thawing. I *briefly* tried to clean it off with the pressure washer but the water froze on the driveway instantaneously -- don't need to turn that into a skating rink!

I had to move some cars around and the Tacoma did fine, but the Camry was NOT happy. Battery is only a couple years old, but has some mileage on it. Oh well, it's back in the garage where temps are a little warmer.
