If your wheel's center bore is 106.1 you do not need hub centric rings?

Couldn't find a definitive answer. The wheels I am looking at getting have a 106.1 center bore. Since it's a perfect match for a 3rd gen Tacoma, I do or do not need rings to make sure the wheel is centered? I am correct to believe rings don't exist for this circumstance since the center bores are the same?

It does not say on the manufactures site if the wheel is hub centric or lug centric.

    I have these lugnuts currently:

    Looking at getting these wheels:

    Thank you!
