Hello all!! and thank you for having me; I am a recently retired disabled veteran and treated myself to my own truck, just for me.. I just took delivery of this used Taco and so far, I love it.

Right away, I am going to start upgrades; I plan to add a low profile bumper/light bar with winch, and some leveling kit. - which leads to my first question, with what I've read, it sounds like the TRD Sport comes with a 2" lift. After adding the winch and bumper, I am thinking a 2" adjustable lift would level it out, and look good - without the need for LCA/UCA, shims, etc.. Does that sound right - and if so, what mid-range lift kits do you'all recommend (i hear both good and bad things about RC).

Second question, there is a knob on my dash - I have never seen anything like this.. I am only guessing, but maybe it's some kind piece associated with a anti-theft system ?? Please see the last picture posted..

Welcome to TW! Thank you for your service! :oldglory: There are a lot of RC haters on here but there’s nothing wrong with their products, RC has been in business for many many years. In the end, it’s your truck and your money so do as you wish.

YEs - I believe they sound one in the same, OEM factory lift/rake 1-2" ? - SO I want to know as is, if I can add the 2" adjustable lift and not mess w/UCA LCA etc. - I have scoured the threads, looking for answer that exactly addresses my concern, to no avail.
