Driving around and hitting any kind of small pothole or crack in the road produces a pretty noticeable clunk, however not noticeable at any higher speeds.

All suspension torqued to spec, new upper and lower BJ, ECGS bushing is in, new upper intermediate shaft in, sway bar end links are tight, nothing in the front suspension seems loose.

At times it sounds as though it's coming from the front, but then it also sounds like its coming from the rear.

Truck has about 85k on it, so body bushings should be fine but I'll be checking those tonight as well.

    Any other thoughts?

Suspension is Ride in all four corners, archive springs out back.

Try having a buddy stand on the bumper and bounce the front end while you crawl around and start grabbing parts underneath. Do the same while someone works the steering wheel back and forth.

So, I had a clunk that was noticeable at low speeds. After feeling around and finding everything was still tight on the suspension I thought it could be this:

They were definitely shot. Sadly, after replacing them as suggested it didn't help... but...

... As I was working on the truck, I felt my sway bar linkage again and it was loose. When I had checked it before the ground must not have been level so it had enough pressure on it that everything seemed solid and tight. But where I was parked that day, yup, wiggled easily with my fingers. I ruined some of the threads where it goes through the spindle, but slapped a washer on there and re-tightened the nut and I've been golden for ... 23 months so far!
