    Yes, stick with 6 months & 5K miles unless you drive on highways without dirt, traffic and dust

    Some still do, most diesels do. GM does on many of their full-size trucks, I can't remember if Ford does on their gas HD trucks but I know the diesels do.

    Walking would be good....other than the temperature, ice and being dark enough you can't see moose far enough out with your headlamp to remain at a safe distance.

    And Anchorage plows snow ON the sidewalks, except for downtown, unless it changed since 2011. So you have to walk on the roadway.

    I’ve overseen about 50 tacos totally abused in a service business and 7500 mile oil changes was about all they needed. Blower fan would be the next most common issue usually at about 125-150k.
