Reality is a bitch

 

Oh I am! I’m doing physical therapy twice a week, exercising it every day several times a day. Because when it’s time for weight bearing, I want it to be as ready as possible. In another week all 7 incisions will be healed up better and I can work even more on the PT.

Back in my days up there… we had car washes that kinda rinsed off the top but scrubbed and cleaned the underside… is that not a thing anymore? Down here they sell wheeled bars of pressure heads for cleaning mud, etc off the underside… perhaps use those up there?

 

Remember, recovery is as important as the exercise. Don’t overdo it. There’s a reason there are gaps between “days” in a workout schedule.
