    Thank you for posting the photos.

    Central tube was measured on outside, to the 90 degree or L-bend on the bottom of it. Both tubes were measured in several places, along the circumference of the tube.
    If anyone wants to do themselves, make sure that you measure to the L bend, and not the lip on casing that holds the tube. It will throw your measurements off.
    Use the fixing screw on the top to lock the results for the pics.
