My 2018 Tacoma audio and speakers have no sound. This is not the first instint but I would turn my truck off and on and it would usually fix it this time no. It’s been about 2 days and I’ve tried my fuse box and killing the battery resetting the memory on the screen nothing, I’ve seen countless videos and read all kinds of things but if anyone has any idea help would be much appreciated

Welcome to the forum, have you by chance removed the radio and checked the connections on the back?

If all of the connections are good, have tried updating the head unit software? Here is a Toyota link.

What is the audio source you are using? Radio? MP3 player/phone with music on it, if so are you using a USB cable or connecting with Bluetooth? or are you using a thumb drive with music loaded on it? or does your issue affect all of those things?
Just trying to narrow down whether or not it's the audio source or the hardware in your truck.

Assume you’ve already tried the hold down the volume button until the head unit resets…

Since you have the JBL system, it sounds like its going to be a issue on the amp side. Checking the amps fuse and power at the amp should be your next step.

I can tell you it’s behind the passenger side rear seat, but that’s about it

Amp is as musicisevil said, behind the rear seat, its behind the panel with the subwoofer grill.

There is a fuse that I think is labeled "radio 2". that should be the amp fuse. Try that first before taking the rear trim off.
