    I want to add usb ports. To the left of the 12v power port seems a likely spot, and I'm thinking I can poach the electricity from the 12v port. The problem is how to get to the back side of that portion of the dash. Nothing on youtube really matches what I see in my truck, and my searches here have yielded nothing.

    Remove the radio and reach down, or remove glove box and reach around. Or honestly, remove both. And pull the climate control panel too.
