Found them sorry, so I get 5 volts on the green and black and not zero but 7 milivolts on the pink,I would think that is zero.

    So that would be correct.
With the truck in 4L backprobe M1 (F12 Pin 2 (Light Green)) and M2 (F12 Pin 1 (Blue)) and check across them with your meter while activating the locker switch, you should see 12v for a few seconds.

Alright I'm getting the momentary 12 volts, can also hear the motor whir for a second when the button is pushed but it's not engaging I guess as I have spun the wheels and the light continues to flash and and tires spin in opposite directions.

What about if the locker is removed from the rear axle does the light go solid when it's engaged?

If I pull the actuator and manually engage the locker teeth yes the light goes solid

If by that you mean the axle is actually locked I would say yes as I can't turn the wheels after manual locking

Thanks for your help I did get it figured out the gears were not catching and therefore not engaging the locker. I definitely feel like a dipstick but it works in the garage with the wheels off the ground so should work with the wheels on the ground

I need to go look how the locker actuator installs exactly, I'm not super well versed on the locker but I'm suspecting it's not being installed properly.

This was definitely the problem it was not being installed correctly!(I should fire my installer)works now but did hang up in the locked position the first time I locked it and it was on the ground but the second time it unlocked just fine.

Glad you got it going, like I said I'm not that well versed on the mechanical side of the locker. I know more about the electronics side and the 4wd system.

The electronic part is the part I have no clue about so the testing was a HUGE help! Thanks for your expertise.
