I'm on 315s and my gas mileage seemingly is better - I usually fill up after about 250mi. Hard to say for sure I guess since we don't know OPs exact mpgs but 100-150mi a tank w/ "normal" driving is terrible. Makes me think something is wrong mechanically. That's like driving around with the ebrake on.

My 2006 SR5 (4 cyl, 2wd, stock) has a 21 gallon fuel tank and I never get less than 25 mpg, so I usually don't worry about filling up until there's 500 miles on the odometer. The yellow "low gas" warning light comes on well before that, like 450-475 miles.

Check your air filter, clean or replace it. When was the last time you changed your spark plugs? When did you notice bad MPGs? Was it after the lift and new tires?

OP you still haven’t told us what your actual MPG is. Your mpg maybe good or maybe crappy but we have no idea. Let us know what your mpg is.

I just made a trip on a tank-of-gas, but I calculated my mileage the old-fashioned way. Zero the trip miles at fill-up and then check the mileage at fill-up and noted the gallons I put in until full. About zero degrees, (F) temp, going into about a 30 mph wind, at between 55 and 70 mph. The road was icy in spots so I had to slow down in some areas. I took a hit, it was about 14 mpg and that was in a stock truck. The trip was going into the wind on the way there with the wind pushing me on the way home. I was hoping for better results, but nope. Normally I get between 18 and 20 mpg on trips, sometimes higher, but rarely. It all depends on mph, outside temps, and the direction of the wind. I have had lower mpg with short trips of less than seven miles and below zero, (F) degree temps.

just a couple of things tbh
that is pretty poor mpg but as others have said what is your drive like?

even my 13 taco that was built up on 34s i could still manage at least 12-13 mpg 9 on a bad day haha

my 15 access cab on 32s with a light build could do 18mpg all day cruising at 80mph
