I accidentally put concentrated coolant on my 2008 4cyl tacoma. It had only water and I only drained the radiator. Should I drain it again and mix it or the water left in the engine is enough to dilute it?

Total capacity is about 2 gallons so if you only added a gallon of concentrate and the rest was water you should be good.

Your fine, that puts you very close to the recommended 50/50 mix.

o_OI didn't know that Toyota Pink or its equivalents were available 'concentraded'... I always thought that they were only available retail as a 50:50 mix with distilled water.

The is the concentrated that is red that you have to mix with distilled water and the pink that is already 50/50

Harbor freight sells coolant testing tools you can buy cheaply to see what your protection level is. In general if you are in a hot region then you want 50/50 mix but if you are somewhere frigid cold you can go to like 70% antifreeze concentration for freeze protection.

Just about any auto parts store will sell them too, the useful range is pretty wide, but 50/50 is good for the lower 48, 60% coolant is better for Alaska, parts of Canada

Toyota Red (Long Life) and Toyota Pink (Super Long Life) are 2 different coolants, the Red was used up to 04 and the Pink is used 05+.

Probably won't hurt anything but Pink is the original and recommended coolant.
