Should I redo my door seals?

    Hey guys!

I’ve owned this Tacoma for about a year and it came with these door seals that seem a little large? The driver and passenger doors never really close all the way. There is a loud whistle/wind noise over 50+mph (I know this is a semi common issue) and I’m suspecting these seals might be the culprit since there is so much room for wind to travel through. Would love to hear your thoughts!!IMG_5432.jpg IMG_5435.jpg

Probably just needs to be adjusted (the door striker, not the seal).

Seal would need to be replaced if its all chewed up. From your picture and you mentioning the doors don't close all the way, I bet it is the striker alignment. Start with that (#3).

Yep, BTDT, adjust the striker. Tip: use permanent market to outline its original location

Just wanted to update and say thank you again!! Adjusting the door strikers definitely improved the seal, couldn’t get the passenger to go in any more but it is certainly an improvement!
