My name is Paul, I own a 2013 Tacoma. after getting it out of the body shop from a deer hit. my oil light started flashing on. Gauge pressure cold is about 60 psi. after warm up there is a moaning noise in front of the engine. my oil pressure after warm up is around 5-20 psi. The noise sounds more like a power steering pump that's low on fluid while the engine is idling. Any TSB's out there.

How bad was the hit? You may be able to claim damage from the deer strike if it affected the engine in any way.

Not that I am aware of on TSB.

Specs are quite low for the 1GR.
But the noise at front of engine coupled with the light, makes me want to think mechanical.
However, I'd also want to out rule out a faulty oil pressure switch. (or wiring)

Replacing the oil pump is quite a job.
It is inside the front timing cover.
Doable in a driveway. But not at all fun.
    Labor intensive.

Are you sure it isn't just a bad idler bearing? I can't see a deer hit affecting the oil pump and it sounds like your pressure is in spec.

Maybe the wiring, connector, or switch got messed up in the impact.
The oil pressure light is coming on.....
    Something is causing it.

Wonder what oil type, and if the oil level is "full"?

OP the oil pressure switch is just below and to the left of the oil filter.
Check the connector. Unplug it and see if oil or corrosion is on any of the pins.

Did the deer hit the outside or go under the truck? Possible that the pan suffered some damage and the pick-up is damaged??
