Hi everyone hope everyone having a great day.!
I have a 2011 Taco and I have reached 200,000 Miles and I am really excited that it hit that mileage I have never had a vehicle reach this milestone.
So I regularly change my oil every 5,000 miles and just brakes and tire when I need to.
what do you all recommend for a 200,000 miles maintenance???

I'm at 199,6XX on my 2011. I'm looking forward to getting my mileage club sticker from toyota when that happens.

Probably going to be a while, my truck covers less than 30 miles a month nowadays.

I plan on doing an oil change, intake and cabin air filter, and a tune up. I've had it for 5 years and about 60K miles and haven't changed the spark plugs. I'm sure there's more I should do but I'll have my trusted mechanic take care of all that.

You take a picture of your odometer, you send Toyota a message on Twitter or through Email, and you tell them the year, make, and model of your car, and tell them "Hey, just passed x thousand miles on my car, do you guys still do window stickers to celebrate the occasion?"

Basically, just send Toyota a picture of your odometer.

For me, it seemed like between 220k and 240k I did a lot of work. Nothing bad or completely unexpected per say, mainly wear and tear. Waterpump/tstat/rad cap around 220k, rebuilt driveshaft around 230k, rebuilt entire front end minus steering rack around 235k. Alternator went around 230k, rear axle seal around 220k.

Yes 260k here. Changed Suspension strut sets, EGR actuator and greased the door hands.

I hit the 200K mile club a few weeks ago. No way I want a sticker though. I want the sticker saying, "This is a TN truck, almost never saw salt, and the frame is fucking rotted and wouldn't have passed a structural inspection ten years ago in a state with one". Yes, I realize that's too long, but...

If you haven't already, crawl underneath and push up on the drive shaft at the center, next to the carrier bearing assembly. If it's nice and tight with little upward flex that's what you want. Otherwise, plan on a bearing replacement, and most would also recommend replacement of the 3 u-joints while the driveshaft is off. It's a pretty harsh environment down there and rubber parts don't usually last beyond 10 years. IMHO Spicer brand is best for both, the same as OE on my '12 2nd gen.
