Me either . Stupervisor out for the rest of the week. So we got a slow start this morning. Had to finish up some 10ft. Bundles then we did 43 5ft bundles of 3 inch pipe by 16:00 and called it a day.

 

Morning y'all, checked on the other leaf blower status yesterday and it's back. They changed the spark plug and power is back. Thinking it was the original one,I knew it was something simple but I'm not allowed to do any maintenance because it's not mine.

 

Morning, had a busy day yesterday. We've been cleaning 1.5" gray conduit the past couple of days. The stuff just doesn't come out. The water truck has been banned from getting near the leaf blower station (me) because I can't clean wet mud. Stupervisor will probably send me some help today there's probably another 40 to clean. Then onto 4" green sewer pipe way easier .
Saw a couple of guys fishing on the river yesterday too. They rowed passed my station pretty quickly.

so you guys who follow this thread know that my really good neighbor is a tractor guy who has way too many for his 5 acre place.

he currently has 3JD's, 2 MF's & the Kubota i talked him into.

so he calls me today & says: hey SK im over here looking at a new Kubo & comparing with a MF....
what do you think?

me: well bud but what makes you happy, what you looking for?

him: these JD's just dont have the power that your 4ohp had..... am i looking at the right model?

me: of you want to be equal to my 40 then you need to look at a 3901L or go bigger with the 4702.

him: what do you think of the MF?

me: uh im a Kioti/Kubota guy......... so im biased.

him: figured you would say that. That Kubo i got us awesome.

ME: the it needs a brother!

so now hes beating around which tractor. hee hee. i love helping him spend money. lets see which he buys. either way he is trading in a JD 35hp with only 200hrs in it.
