Coolant drain help

    5100's, pizza cutter falkens on steelies, aal, arb bumper, mismatched camper shell
    So, the oldest boy bought his first truck (2006 dclb with 245k on the clock), and we've been completely going through it and redoing all the suspension components, fluids, plugs, etc etc.
    Trying to drain and redo his coolant, and the drains on the engine block either won't break free ( d side) or the entire bolt/stud/drain spins (p side). Is there a way to get all the coolant out of the block without those two being opened (don't want to break them/mess them up anymore)? Like disconnecting lower rad hose or something to get it all out?

    The diver side drain isn’t worth the effort.
    The radiator and passenger side will get just about all of it.

    But to answer your question, No.
    No you can’t get it all out without opening them both.
