2021 Tacoma Off Rd. 4 door. Extended bed

Hi I own 2 Toyotas, and both radio/info unit are not intuitive, difficult to learn and overall junk. Shame on you Toyota engineers.
OK the problem arose about 2 months ago. 2021 Tacoma, long bed, 4 door, TRD off road, auto.
Bought the truck new and opted for the best quality JBL radio offered to me.
I read a couple of people with same problem, seems replacing the 'map' card is a main cause, but I don't know where my 'map' card is on my radio.
Any ideas or help is appreciated.
