I am trying to determine what to list a 2003 Toyota Tacoma with 32,600 miles for sale. Good condition and brand new tires. I have seen ranges from 7,000 to 11,000

tires really are just a maintenance item, so they won't count towards resale. if you're selling to an individual, having receipts/documentation for any work performed over the life of the truck, while not officially a selling point, can command more money-- indicating someone took really good care of it.

though given the age/mileage, if you haven't replaced anything rubber or fluid recently, it will be dry rotting or aging out from lack of use, from brake lines to radiator hoses. that can effect the resale value to some extent, as the new owner will have a rather large repair bill staring them down in the face of the new purchase.

start with something like kelly blue book or edmunds for a rough idea on pricing, and proceed from there.

a big factor is going to be the condition of the frame. there was a recall for the frames rotting out prematurely, and regardless of if the truck had the recall performed or not, many buyers are aware of the condition, check the frame, and counter-offer accordingly to what it looks like.

Low miles on a 23yo truck isn't always good. Lots of things age deteriorate regardless of miles

And you tell us nothing of trim, features or condition other than 'good'. Which can vary based on opinion of what that means.

Any number someone tosses out without a lot more detail from you is a wild guess.

But here's a tip. Start high. You can always come down, but never go up.

No info gets you no good answers.

2003 Toyota Tacoma is akin to here's a stick, can I use it as a toothpick?

2wd, 4wd, level, add on's, condition, pics, engine, frame, auto/stick, interior shape, rust, dings, location, [yes it makes a difference] color and so on.

And good condition to one person can mean something else entirely to another. I've gone to see ''good condition'' vehicles and just shuddered and kept on driving because even from 50 feet away, it certainly wasn't ''good condition.''

i've also personally stopped family members from buying 'rust free' michigan vehicles. i've consistently come across vehicles in michigan that 'rust free' means the vehicle still rolls, but might be doing so on 3 wheels instead of 4, or have 'structural ratchet straps'.
