I'm about to pull the trigger on a '21 Tundra and I got a trade-in offer from the dealership but want to test the waters on here first.
I'm the only owner and I bought it in OCT of 2010. It currently has 194,394 miles but that will go up as it's my daily driver. The truck has been amazingly reliable and I'm hesitant to let it go but I'm just needing more space in the back seat and better towing capacity.
Other than standard fluid changes and mx (oil, transfer case, diffs, trans and radiator, greasing drivetrain) the only thing I've had to replace are the front wheel bearings. I started getting some vibration in the steering a couple years ago so I replaced the entire wheel hub on the passenger side and then just replaced the driver's side last month.

Here's a list of other modifications that I've done over the years:
2010- Dealer installed 4th leaf to the rear under the TSB
    2011- Aftermarket 16" wheels
    2012- K&N full intake and cat-back exhaust
Husky floor liners front and back
Optima yellow top battery (replaced again in 2019 with same)
2014- Bilstein 5100 shocks all around and Eibach coils up front set to .85"
2018- Trans flush at local dealer
    2020- SoftTopper canvas bed top.
2021- Aftermarket headlights with LED DRLs
2022- New brake shoes in the rear (first time doing these and it was a PITA!) Old ones actually looked pretty good but since I opened it up I went ahead and replaced them
    Full brake fluid flush
2024- New rotors and brake pads up front at the same time I replaced the driver's side wheel hub (no more vibration)

I'm going to get the truck professionally detailed this weekend so apologies for the dirty pics but wanted to get some pics up now and will update later this weekend.
The paint has some scratches on it as to be expected with a 15 yr old truck but overall it's in pretty good shape.
265/75/16 BFG AT KO2s installed DEC '21 and they have about 35k on them. Still tons of tread left.
No accidents, clean carfax, paid off and title in hand.
Located in Southern Pines, NC and will entertain delivery/meet up within a reasonable distance.
    $12,500
I also have a complete new in box Trail-Pro Lift Kit (coils/shocks assembled to 2.5") that I will throw in if sold at full asking price ($2300 value). See link below for exact kit.

    Day I bought it

    As it sits today

Feel free to hit me up with any questions and I'll get some more pics updated over the weekend.

    Cheers,
    Nate
