I have a 2010 Tacoma 4x4 V6, and my Abs light is on as well as a continuous beeping noise when I crank up the truck. Also my front brakes aren’t working properly. I’ve changed out the brake pads around 3 months ago and all was working fine, until now. Just removed both front wheels, and my pads and rotors look fine.

Any suggestions on what could be causing these issue's?

    Don’t drive it.
Sounds like you may have lost the accumulator pre charge…
Like Z said check fluid level and pull the codes.

I didn't think the '10 TRD ORs had the electric/hydraulic master like the '11+ ORs did. Does OP even have a OR edition?

    I am wrong

Not sure what the OR edition is. I took a picture of the Master cylinder above.

I bleed all brake lines and found no air just pure fluids passing through.

I started checking all fuses, and found the ABS 1 fuse blown. It’s a 50 amp fuse. Just replaced it and as soon as I put it in it popped.

    Any suggestions?

You have the hydraulic booster/ABS unit, makes sense your brakes aren't working because the electric pump supplies brake pressure.

Unplug the the 2 connectors on the unit, if the fuse no longer blows the unit is bad and must be replaced. If the fuse still blows with the unit unplugged you have a shorted wire.

If your pump is seized it will blow that 50 immediately.
Thats why it’s beeping cause the accumulator isn’t building reserve pressure and the sensor is letting you know it’s a serious issue.
FYI If you replace that hyd assembly your going to need a scan tool to bleed the system.

Be really careful trying to disconnect those connectors.
You break them or bend pins your in a world of hurt

Yep, thats the hydraulic/electric unit on the TRD OR (Off road) trucks. I was wrong above.

I've been looking at replacing mine and it's about $1,200 for the unit. You may be able to source one from a junk yard. start at car-part.com for finding one. I see some in my area for $85-245. I'd expect more on the high end for the entire unit.

You need the scan tool to bleed the system. The microfiche on toyotas website says to "program", but thats incorrect.
