So i got my eyes set on two sets of rims, one is 17x8.5 with -6mm offset and the other one is 17x8.5 with -10mm offset. What would everyone recommend for tires to go with either rim to avoid having todo a cmc and to avoid rubbing ? If you guys have a similar set up and have been able to avoid those two things , please let me know and post pictures of your rigs !

    Itz JDM tyte, yo!
It’s possible to avoid having to do CMC with 265/70R17 tires

However I still rub with 17x8.5 0 offset wheels with 265/70R17 tires. Mudflaps removed and caster set at +2.6 degrees.

Granted, it only rubbed while wheeling, and only when steering is on full lock and the suspension is compressed. Only rubbed on the liner. It never rubbed from just driving around town.
