I need help diagnosing this problem real quick before I take it to a mechanic.

I'm experiencing a strange issue with my car. Here it is when it's parked and I push down on the gas. Also (I have No video of it) When I accelerate from a complete stop, there's a noticeable grinding noise, and the car jitters and shakes quite a bit, especially between 1000 and 2000 RPM, right before it shifts gears. The shaking and grinding are less pronounced, but still present, if I quickly depress the gas pedal while already in drive. I’ll guess driveshaft ujoints and center bearing.

In your video the truck isn’t even moving. So I can’t help with the acceleration issue.

I hear what sounds like an exhaust leak.
But it’s really hard to tell with that video.
