This is a project I did a while ago but never posted about. I stumbled upon my file again recently and thought I'd share it in case someone else wanted to do this. I was mid bushing install when I realized that the energy suspension cab mount bushing kit is for 2nd gens only. If you want to do it for 3rd gens you need a different plate. I had a set made pretty cheaply shipped to my door.

I'll link to the DXF file for the plate you need (I'd recommend sendcutsend.com if you don't have a lasercutter). I did mine out of 0.250" 304 stainless so I wouldn't have to worry about corrosion.

I'm new to the Taco world, why do people not talk about body lifts much?
