you cant be driving these cars if theyre misfiring, youre dumping fuel in very costly cats & wipes them out, usually just a dealer items, unless you get weld-in garbage....
misfire cold & then clears up, coolant getting into cylinder...
runs rough all the time & youre chasing you tail, could have a cylinder with low compression.
if you have a cylinder with really low compression & you have a trained ear, you may be able to hear it just cranking engine over with it floored, shouldn't start if floored.....
    good engine
    rr..rr..rr..rr..rr..rr..

a low cylinder will speed-up when cracked on but needs to be really low...

Right on. well i don't seem to be losing any coolant. i changed out the FPR and it Is running more smoothly, & the exhaust smells better, as well seems to have better power & more responsive pedal feel. the FPR i changed out was the original sitting just over 270K mi. ... so yeah that needed doing. But also, the original does not seem compromised per se but most definitely worn tf out lol. gonna check my plugs b/c it's been several years since i changed them last. ps - it seems to crank pretty well, but my ear is probs not so trained, and i may be a bit hard of hearing from too many years of construction sites and loud live music. Also, it's about time for a valve-cover gasket job and planning to get into that in the near future as well. Thanks for your reply Slater (!) - i've gotta get it figured b/c it's bothering the shi*% outta me.
