Good morning. Smoked ham shank was delicious. Off to the gym in a few minutes. Put Tacoma in the auto repair shop for an oil change and tire rotation. I asked them to look at the cooling system as it is leaking a few drops of fluid. I had the system flushed and filled last year. I do not want the cooling system to fail on me.

Yup, my exact reasoning right before Christmas; $400 for a service call on a 7-year old $400 dishwasher. No thanks.

We have great luck with Bosch dishwashers. The problem is they know it and have too wide of a selection and some have crappy racks. Need to touch and feel stronger models. Their dB ratings seem to be true- get a low dB unit and it will be ultra quiet

We were looking for a dishwasher when we remodeled our kitchen, which had no dishwasher. Went in to Home Depot with a limit of $300 fifteen years ago, so looking toward the cheap side. Nothing really hit us but we were ready to choose the least offensive option anyhow, when an employee told us that he had returns we could buy at a discount. They had a Maytag with a list price of $750, never installed as far as I could tell, and our price was $350. Best appliance we've ever bought. It's amazing the difference between a cheap dishwasher and this model. Like I said, fifteen years ago, and used daily. We had to replace the board a couple of years ago and it wasn't really hard, just tricky. One of the sliders lost some ball bearings, but it's still working. All in all, if it gets replaced I'll be looking for something like it in a higher than $300 price range.

Good morning! We picked a Whirlpool deeshwarsh for the farm. Costco deal. I think was around $450? Only used it a few times so far. Super quiet. One of the cycles can take over 3 hours to complete though. :annoyed:

Time to make the donuts! have a great day, y’all.
